Nicole has been active in sports all her
life. From conventional sports like volleyball and running,
to more adventurous sports like skiing, mountain biking,
and rock climbing, she's tried it all.

No stranger to injury, Nicole has dedicated
her professional career to the rehabilitation of injured
athletes and the promotion of physical fitness and healthy
lifestyles.
Her areas of interest include the rehabilitation of
running and dance-related injuries as well as injuries
suffered by overhead athletes, such as swimmers, volleyball
players, and throwers. Nicole's continuing education
is extensive from plyometric (jump) training to several
manual therapy and foot & ankle courses.
A Nebraska native, Nicole's education includes a Master
of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska
and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State. She
has also earned the advanced Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
credential from the National Strength and Conditioning
Association (NSCA). Nicole is a member of several professional
organizations, including the American Physical Therapy
Association (APTA) and NSCA.
