Running requires more than endurance, although that's
certainly important. More and more research is showing
that runners - both competitive and recreational - that
perform strength and plyometric
exercises run more efficiently, run faster, run with
fewer injuries. Our strength and flexibility training
program will give you several plyometric and strength
training exercises to improve running efficiency.
 
In addition, we will instruct you in which flexibility
exercises are most beneficial for runners - not all
stretches are helpful for runners, some may actually
make you run more slowly.
