With over 36 million runners in the United States, nearly
8 million of whom have run in a race (according to Running
USA), running is unquestionably one of the most popular
recreational activities and sports in the USA. These athletes
have a variety of goals, to run faster and farther, to
avoid injury, and to return to running after getting hurt.
At Omaha Sports Physical Therapy, we understand those
goals. We know what it means to finish a marathon, to
run a 10K, to just start a running program; we know
because we’ve done those things.
To help runners achieve their goals, we have developed
the area’s first comprehensive Running Program.
Our program has four components, each designed to improve
performance and prevent injury.
