Running is more than just putting one foot in front
of the other, although that is important. It involves
the synchronized movement of several different parts
of your body, from your feet, all the way up to your
head. Too much movement in one place or too little in
another decreases efficiency (which makes you work harder)
and may lead to injury.
Using our state-of-the-art computerized video
analysis software, we will watch you run at your
normal training pace. We will watch your lower body,
upper body and head to be sure your style is efficient
and ready for the road.
