Cycling is more than pedaling for a long time. Cyclists
- both competitive and recreational - can become more
efficient and can cycle with fewer injuries by performing
exercises specific to cycling.
Strength
- Our program will provide you
with the strengthening exercises important to cyclists.
After identifying any weakness you may have, we will
instruct you in the strengthening exercises most beneficial
to you.
Flexibility
- Flexibility is obviously important
when riding a bike. The ability to maintain an efficient
position for hours on end requires flexibility. We
understand that and after noting any tight areas you
have, we will give you the necessary stretches to
address them.
Balance
- It should seem obvious that
balance is important when trying not to fall off two
wheels, but it is all too often ignored in an off-bike
conditioning program. We don't ignore it, rather we
focus on balance to improve efficiency and safety
while cycling.
