Cycling is more than just pedaling, although that is
important. It involves the synchronized movement of
several different parts of your body, from your feet,
all the way up to your head. Too much movement in one
place or too little in another decreases efficiency
(which makes you work harder) and may lead to injury.
Using our state-of-the-art computerized video
analysis software, we will watch you cycle at your
normal training pace. We will also watch you cycle during
simulated sprints and ascents/descents to be sure you
are efficient and ready for the road.
